For this week’s Fitness Friday I am sharing a workout with you that will focus on your obliques, aka the sides of your waist. This workout will help you lose your love handles and create a tight and tiny waist.
For a lot of women this is the area where you feel like you have a “muffin top” or “love handles” or you just feel generally a bit more square.
For best results, make sure to pair this exercise with at least 20-30 minutes of cardio.
