This Fitness Friday quick morning workout is perfect for when you really don’t feel like working out but you know you should get in some kind of sweat before you start your day.
For this workout, we will be using three different movements to get your heart rate up, do a little conditioning, and also add some strength.
This is my first time incorporating a kettle bell swing into a video workout so if this is your first time doing one, please take the time and watch my training video: How To Do a Kettlebell Swing. I do not advise attempting to do a kettlebell swing without proper training.
Alright! Let’s get started.
Quick Morning Workout
Front kettle bell swing (10 reps)
Plank jacks with in-out feet jump (10 reps)
Mountain climber crawl (10 reps)
Repeat this 3 to 4 times. This will probably take you about 10 to 12 minutes to complete.
