Glute Workout: Get a toned shapely butt without over developing your quads.
Who says you need a gym membership to get an amazing butt! In this week’s Fitness Friday I’ve got five targeted moves that you can do at home for a totally sexy booty!In order to sculpt a sexy butt at home you will need the following things: Some kind of weight (around 26 pounds) but it is okay to go lighter if needed. I will be using a kettle bell but a single free weight will also work. Also you will need a Valslide, if you don’t have a Valslide you can use a towel on hardwood/ceramic floors. And lastly you will need a chair. I know some of you may be worried about over developing you quads; this routine will not do that. It is specifically designed to shape and sculpt your butt and not overdo your legs. Using a combination of height, weight and other floor exercises we will only sculpt the areas you want to focus on. - Single Leg Step Up (15 reps on each leg)
- Sumo Squat with Weight (15 reps)
- Valside Reverse Lunge (15 reps on each leg)
- Single Leg Cross and Touch (20 reps each leg)
- Single Glute Bridge Hold (20 reps on each leg)
