So, if you’ve been jonesing for six pack abs, why not take Amanda’s challenge? Besides doing this fantastic core workout, we want you to remember that six pack abs are about more than just working your abs. Some trainers will tell you that abs are made in the kitchen, and we agree, eating well is a big part of the package. But in addition to that, it’s also important to note that your physical health is directly affected by your emotional health too. Things like stress, not taking proper care of yourself, and not getting enough rest can all contribute to overall fat loss and whether or not you get to see those abs you’ve been working on. Staying lean and healthy is a lifestyle and it’s a mindset shift. If you want to get different results, you’ve got to commit to doing things differently. So check out this great, quickie workout and commit to taking good care of yourself and making health and fitness part of your lifestyle.
