My first experiement with a completely raw breakfast. It was incredibly tasty and surprisingly kept me full for just as long as my usual egg whites and
bowl of oats.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, quartered
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1/2 apple, diced
- 1 tsp hempseeds
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 oz mixed raw almonds, cashews, and walnuts, soaked overnight and chopped
- 1 tsp agave nectar
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes, unsweetened
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
Directions
Add fruit to bowl and top with hempseeds, flax seeds, chopped nuts, and top with agave nectar, coconut flakes, and almond milk. Enjoy!
