This recipe is a fantastic healthy afternoon snack that keeps a growling tummy at bay due to the slow absorbing casein protein and the little bit of fat from the cottage cheese, combined with the fibrous carbs found in the berries.
- 1/2 cup organic low-fat cottage cheese
- 3/4 cup strawberries, sliced
- Pile the strawberries in a small dish.
