A sexy swimsuit abs inspired routine with a cardio component so you're really getting a full body workout.

It's summer, which means sunshine, beaches, and of course bikinis! And it's my goal to help you get that flat sexy stomach you're after. So get ready to sweat, and let's burn off those layers to sexy abs that look great in your swimsuit.

This is not just about toning the abs. It also has great cardio component, so you are really getting a full body workout. You're torching calories AND working the deep tissue muscles in your abdomen, so you can get tight and tone while shaving the extra layer of fat on top.

The Workout

You can do this workout with a weight, 5-10 pounds, or you can do it without weight, using body weight alone.
  • T-Twists - 20 Reps
  • Jump-Ins Jump-Outs - 10 Reps
  • Weighted Bicycles - 15 Reps
  • Jump-Ins Jump-Outs - 10 Reps
  • Leg Lifts - 10 reps
  • Jump-Ins Jump-Outs - 10 Reps
  • Oblique Kettlebells - 10 Reps
  • Jump-Ins Jump-Outs - 10 Reps
  • Weighted Around the Worlds - 10 Reps
  • Jump-Ins Jump-Outs - 10 Reps
Complete the circuit 2-3 times, depending on your fitness level. That, my friends, is a total body swimsuit inspired workout! We hit our legs, our abs, our butt - a cardio buzz full out!
