Things My Body Enjoys

It’s fun to take a pause and pay attention to the things that your body seems to really benefit from, isn’t it? Here’s a short list of some of the things I notice that my body likes:
  1. Egg and egg white scramble plus stove top cooked oatmeal with stevia and lots of cinnamon for breakfast
  2. A long walk after dinner
  3. Deep breathing
  4. Focus driven by passion and creativity
  5. That feeling when you get into bed at night, after a day when you really physically used your body
  6. SMR, deep tissue massage, and most specifically, foot massages
  7. Laughing
  8. Amy & Brian’s coconut juice with pulp
  9. Yoga
  10. Warmth vs cold
  11. The after-glow of a tough and sweaty workout when all of my muscles are loose and relaxed
  12. Protein
  13. Laying in white sand (toes buried of course) on a mildly warm day at the beach, with a gentle breeze…listening to the sound of the ocean
