Three Wednesday Workout Ideas You Need To Carry You Through The Week

We all love working out but sometimes it can be hard to come up with new workout ideas. We definitely know the feeling and because of this, we came up with a list of a few Wednesday Workout Ideas. Don’t worry you can use them on any day of the week, but they are great especially to get through Wednesday when our energy levels can be low.

Yoga and Meditation

It’s Wednesday and that means your motivation can be low and your stress high. Sometimes trying to get through the week is hard to enough so why not try adding yoga and meditation to your workout? Yoga will bring the physical part and meditation the mental. During a stressful day spend ten minutes meditating either by listening to instrumental, relaxing music, or listen to a meditation app. While you meditate you can choose to do yoga, by going through some flows or just laying in child’s pose, whichever feels better to you!

Mat Pilates

If yoga is not enough of a workout, and you need something more intense why not try adding Pilates to your Wednesday workout! Pilates focuses on spinal alignment and core, which are the two most important things when it comes to your movement.
