Fitness Friday: Lose the FUPA Bodyweight Workout

In this week’s Fitness Friday, I’m going to give you 9 fat burning exercises that will help you to get a tighter body on a tight schedule. These are meant to boost your metabolism, get your muscles burning, and all that good stuff. Let’s get started.


Lose the FUPA Bodyweight Workout

We all know the FUPA, and if you don't find out more about it here.

The Workout

  • Burpee with Overhead Press (15 Reps)
  • Downward Dog Plank with Leg Lift (15 Reps on Each Leg)
  • Side Knee Tuck (15 Reps)
  • Plank Row (15 Reps on Each Arm)
  • Plank Row On Knees (This is a variation of the above if you need to make it a little easier- 15 Reps)
  • Plank Row Reverse Fly (15 Reps on Each Arm)
  • Jump Squat with Rotation (15 Reps)
The last 2 are in fact not a physical exercise but the practice of:
  • Drinking 2-3 liters of water (Make sure to stay hydrated)
  • Eat Real food (by all means)
