Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or destination.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.


International Shipping

  • International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times are shown at checkout (if applicable).

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL and Amazon, depending on the shipping method selected and destination.

Carrier selection may vary to ensure the most reliable and efficient delivery.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

  2. Provide your order number and photos (if applicable).

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
