My absolute favorite piece of clothing in my closet is a simple little black dress. My good friend and stylist, convinced me that it’s one of the best wardrobe investments you can make. Dress it up, down, throw a blazer on top, sweater, scarf, jewelry, heels, booties, sandals, you name it, I’ve worn this dress EVERY which way. And for travel, you could literally pack only this dress and accessorize it for a week’s worth of outfits, from beach to office to night out! HOWEVER, the BIG CATCH – this dress HUGS every inch of my body. I have to admit, you really need to be FEELING fit and fabulous to rock a dress like this. Rocking this can be really tricky for women because it’s like a catch-22 situation, you either did it right or did it wrong. To get it right EVERY time, you need to OWN YOUR BODY and make it the BEST it can be. While we should be proud to have all of those sexy curves (or lack of them), our bodies can easily become a ‘liability’ and backfire on you if you don’t take care of it. This means that EVERY woman should go out and get her ‘body hugging – staple dress’ and be proud to wear it and accessorize it for her style and body type. So how do you ensure you can do this? Let’s get you tight, toned and managing your assets in all the right places with this Fitness Friday ’Sexy Little Black Dress Workout!’The Perfect Circuit
