Although we like to promote feeling good because YOU love how you look and feel, and not necessarily gauging how great you are doing by what other people say, it’s still a big confidence boost! In this week’s Fitness Friday, Amanda Russell takes us through her favorite OMG HOT BODYweight workout. This workout is no joke. By the end of it you’ll have worked up a great sweat and will be feeling OMG amazing too!

The OMG WorkoutComplete 30 seconds of each of the following bodyweight exercises, moving consecutively from one to the other with little to no rest in between. At the end of each cycle take a 45 second break and repeat for a total of 5 cycles!
- Knee Jumps
- Crab Can Cans
- High Knees
- Running Foot Touches
