This Fitness Friday video focuses on a Spring Ready workout!! Spring can be such a tricky season to dress for, one minute it’s hot, one minute you’re freezing. I seem to struggle with this every Saturday or Sunday as I gaze into my over-filled closet thinking I have no idea what to wear and how to wear it. BUT, more importantly, ladies I know you don’t want to hear it, but we need to face the facts, SPRING means we are shedding layers after a long winter of comfort food and lots of clothing. So don’t let your winter reveal alarm you! I’ve designed this workout to deliver SERIOUS results, so you will look and feel fresh and feminine like the flowers that may be floating all over your dress.
