Who doesn’t love the beach? The sun, the water… the bikinis! In this Fitness Friday workout, I am here to get you on your way to being beach ready with the Malibu Beach Workout! To help kick start your beach body this year, I worked out with Kelsey Lee from XHIT on the beaches of Malibu. I hope you are ready to sweat because this one works ya! You can do this workout at your house, but if you want to go extra hard with us, take this workout to the beach! That sand makes everything tougher!The Workout
Do each of the 8 exercises for 30 seconds moving through them without resting in between. Do 2 circuits for a total of 8 minutes!- Jumping Lunges
- Jumping Jacks
- Skater Hops
- Squats
- Lunge to Kick
- Mountain Climbers
- Side Plank with Reach
- Toe Touches
